The most successful strategies are visions , not plans. The only way to come up with a good strategy is to have a good vision . For example, my vision is to build a school. From there, strategies just come. I don't have to brainstorm like other people. Once I have the vision, strategy will be a piece of cake. Secondly, vision comes from God. Well, at least mine does.
