Most wives choose to confront their husbands about picking up after themselves because leaving it there means it will lie there till Jesus returns. I choose not to confront the man. I pick it up after him but in front of him ;) And I use it as an example when I need to during one of our "rare conversations" but in a nice way like, "I don't nag and I don't ask you to pick up after your stuff because I'm not your mom -- I'm your wife and we are partners. That's why I choose to keep quiet instead." He appreciates that. I've been keeping quiet for more than 10 years. It worth it.
